We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Services Manager to join our team in Dubai. The Client Services Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with clients in the education sector and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or issues they may have
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are being met and projects are completed on time
- Monitor client accounts and track key metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Provide support and guidance to clients on our products and services
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on projects and address any concerns
- Manage client contracts and agreements, ensuring all terms are met
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide clients with the best possible service

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
