We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Construction Foreman Assistant to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry and a willingness to learn and grow within the field.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Construction Foreman in overseeing daily operations at the construction site
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and other team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards on the construction site
- Ensure all safety regulations and protocols are being followed by all workers
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating deliveries of materials and equipment
- Conduct regular inspections of the construction site to identify and address any issues or concerns
- Provide support to the Foreman in managing and supervising the construction team
- Assist in preparing and maintaining accurate records of project progress and expenses
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Construction Foreman

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in construction management is a plus
- At least 2-4 years of experience working in the construction industry
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of construction processes and techniques
- Proficient in using construction tools and equipment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if necessary
