We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Call Center Manager Assistant in the Consumer Goods industry in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, team management, and call center operations.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Call Center Manager in overseeing daily operations of the call center
- Monitoring and analyzing call center performance metrics to ensure targets are met
- Training and coaching call center agents to improve performance and customer service skills
- Handling escalated customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborating with other departments to improve overall customer experience
- Developing and implementing strategies to increase efficiency and productivity within the call center
- Conducting regular performance reviews and providing feedback to call center agents
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a call center environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and call center software
- Experience in consumer goods industry is a plus
