We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Call Center Program Operations Manager to join our construction company based in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in call center operations and management, with a focus on program development and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the call center program, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in delivering high-quality customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve call center performance, including call routing, staffing levels, and training programs.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of the program and make data-driven decisions to optimize operations.
- Work closely with other departments within the company to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Manage a team of call center agents, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to drive continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends to drive innovation and enhance the customer experience.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in call center operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful call center programs.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of construction industry practices and terminology is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and call center software systems.
