Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Campaign Manager Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team in Sharjah. This role is an exciting opportunity for an individual looking to grow their career in the construction industry while supporting various marketing initiatives and campaigns. The successful candidate will work closely with the Campaign Manager to drive brand awareness and engagement, ultimately contributing to the success of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Support: Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns aimed at promoting our construction projects and services. This includes drafting campaign briefs, timelines, and budgets.
- Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to provide insights that inform campaign strategies.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the design team to create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media posts, and email newsletters.
- Social Media Management: Assist in managing our social media channels by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring performance metrics to optimize reach and engagement.
- Event Coordination: Help organize promotional events, trade shows, and client meetings, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently and effectively.
- Reporting and Analysis: Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, preparing reports to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment on messaging and campaign objectives.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the Campaign Manager, including scheduling meetings, maintaining project documentation, and managing budgets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the construction industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM systems, social media platforms).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Creative thinker with a problem-solving attitude and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
