We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Diabetes Educator to join our healthcare team in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will have a passion for educating and empowering individuals with diabetes to manage their condition effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group diabetes education sessions to patients and their families
- Assess patients' knowledge and understanding of diabetes management
- Develop personalized care plans and goals for each patient based on their unique needs
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for patients with diabetes
- Stay current on the latest research and best practices in diabetes management
- Participate in community outreach and education programs to raise awareness about diabetes prevention and management

Requirements:
- Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) certification
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Nutrition, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in diabetes education and management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
- Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred
