### Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join our dynamic finance team in the healthcare sector based in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with a particular emphasis on healthcare financial management. The CPA will be responsible for ensuring compliance with financial regulations, managing financial reporting, and providing strategic financial guidance to support our healthcare operations.
### Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting: Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and local regulations.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts, working closely with department heads to ensure financial targets are met.
- Audit Coordination: Coordinate and facilitate internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations while addressing any audit findings.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations, including tax regulations and healthcare-specific financial guidelines.
- Cost Management: Analyze costs and provide recommendations for cost reduction and efficiency improvements in clinical and administrative operations.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes, including variance analysis, profitability analysis, and financial modeling.
- Accounts Payable and Receivable: Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and collections.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior accounting staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with clinical and operational teams to provide financial insights and support for strategic initiatives.
### Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree or additional certifications (e.g., CMA, CFA) is a plus.
- Certification: Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) recognized in the UAE or an equivalent qualification.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance, with at least 3 years of experience in the healthcare sector.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., ERP systems), Microsoft Excel, and financial modeling tools. Familiarity with healthcare financial regulations is an advantage.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders across the organization.
