We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Child Advocate Assistant to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Child Advocate Assistant, you will work closely with Child Advocates to support and advocate for the rights and well-being of children in the energy industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Child Advocates in conducting interviews and assessments of children in need of support and protection
- Provide emotional support and guidance to children who have experienced trauma or abuse
- Collaborate with social workers, psychologists, and legal professionals to ensure the best interests of the child are met
- Help develop and implement advocacy strategies to promote children's rights and access to essential services
- Maintain accurate and confidential case files and documentation
- Participate in meetings and training sessions to stay informed on best practices in child advocacy

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in child advocacy or a related field
- Knowledge of child protection laws and policies in the UAE
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required
