We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a City Manager Assistant in the retail sector. The City Manager Assistant will be responsible for supporting the City Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail stores in Dubai.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the City Manager in developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and improve overall performance of retail stores
- Coordinate with store managers to ensure smooth operations and compliance with company policies and procedures
- Monitor and analyze sales trends, inventory levels, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Assist in recruiting, training, and evaluating store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and productivity
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on store performance and key metrics
- Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned by the City Manager
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
