We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Development Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in community engagement, stakeholder management, and project coordination within the Aerospace and Defense industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to engage with key stakeholders including government agencies, industry partners, and local communities
- Manage relationships with community organizations, NGOs, and other external partners to support the company's community development initiatives
- Coordinate community events, workshops, and outreach programs to promote the company's presence and impact in the local community
- Collaborate with internal teams to align community development efforts with corporate goals and objectives
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of community development programs and initiatives, and make recommendations for improvement
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to community development in the Aerospace and Defense sector

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in community development, stakeholder engagement, or related roles
- Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of the Aerospace and Defense industry is preferred but not required
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
