We are currently seeking a Corporate Trainer Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi within the Financial Services sector. The Corporate Trainer Assistant will be responsible for supporting the Corporate Trainer in developing and delivering training programs for employees within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design, development, and delivery of training programs for various departments within the organization
- Coordinate training schedules and logistics, including booking venues and arranging necessary equipment
- Assist in conducting training sessions either in person or virtually
- Provide administrative support for training initiatives, including tracking attendance and feedback
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training programs are up-to-date and relevant
- Maintain training materials and resources, ensuring they are current and easily accessible
- Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in corporate training
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field

- Strong organizational and communication skills
