We are seeking a talented and dynamic Creative Director Assistant to join our team in Ajman, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creativity and design, as well as a background in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Creative Director in developing and implementing creative strategies and concepts for various healthcare projects
- Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality visual content for marketing materials, websites, social media, and other platforms
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure all deadlines are met
- Research current design trends and best practices in the healthcare industry
- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as needed
- Support the Creative Director in budget management and resource allocation
- Provide input and feedback on design concepts and executions
- Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and regulations is a plus
