We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Crop Advisor Assistant to join our team in Al Ain. The Crop Advisor Assistant will work closely with the Crop Advisor to provide support and assistance in managing and advising on crop production and management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Crop Advisor in providing recommendations on crop production practices, pest and disease management, and fertilization programs
- Collect and analyze data on crop performance, soil quality, and environmental conditions to make informed recommendations
- Monitor crop growth and development, identify issues or concerns, and propose solutions
- Assist in developing crop management plans and schedules
- Coordinate with farmers and growers to provide guidance and support on crop production practices
- Conduct field visits and inspections to assess crop health and performance
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to crop production and management activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or related field
- [Random number] years of experience in crop production and management
- Knowledge of crop production practices, pest and disease management, and fertilization techniques
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to field locations
