Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Culinary Instructor Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The Culinary Instructor Assistant will work closely with the head chef and culinary instructors to assist in the planning, preparation, and execution of culinary classes and workshops for healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts and a keen interest in promoting healthy eating habits in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in the planning and preparation of culinary classes and workshops
- Assist in conducting cooking demonstrations and hands-on cooking sessions
- Ensure that all ingredients and equipment are prepared and organized for each class
- Assist in maintaining a clean and safe working environment in the kitchen
- Help in developing and testing new recipes that align with healthcare guidelines
- Provide guidance and support to participants during cooking activities
- Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of culinary classes and workshops
- Help in coordinating with vendors and suppliers for ingredients and equipment

Requirements:

- Degree or diploma in culinary arts or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a culinary role
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Passion for promoting healthy eating habits
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Knowledge of healthcare dietary guidelines is a plus
