We are seeking a passionate and experienced Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) Instructor to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Information Technology and a minimum of [x] years of experience in the field.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver high-quality training programs for EMT students, covering a range of topics including basic life support, trauma care, and emergency medical services
- Create engaging and interactive lesson plans that cater to a diverse group of learners
- Provide hands-on training and simulation exercises to ensure students are prepared for real-life emergency situations
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in emergency medical services to continuously enhance the training curriculum
- Collaborate with other instructors and staff members to coordinate training schedules and resources
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
Requirements:
- [x] years of experience working as an EMT or in a related field
- Certified EMT-B or EMT-P with a valid license
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
