Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Hotel Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our luxury hotel in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hotel management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences. This role is critical in ensuring that our hotel operates smoothly, efficiently, and profitably, while also maintaining the highest standards of service and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Management:
- Oversee the daily operations of all hotel departments, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards to maintain the quality of service and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor and evaluate operational performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement improvements as needed.

2. Guest Experience:
- Foster a culture of exceptional guest service and ensure that all staff are trained to provide a high level of hospitality.
- Address guest complaints and feedback in a professional and timely manner, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with marketing and sales teams to enhance guest experience and promote hotel services.

3. Financial Management:
- Assist in preparing annual budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, and monitor departmental expenditures.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement in all areas of hotel operations.
- Conduct regular audits of financial transactions and ensure accurate reporting.

4. Staff Management:
- Recruit, train, and develop hotel staff, ensuring that all team members are well-equipped to deliver excellent service.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff members to promote professional growth.
- Lead and motivate a diverse team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

5. Safety and Compliance:
- Ensure that the hotel complies with all local regulations, health and safety standards, and industry best practices.
- Develop and implement emergency procedures and training for all staff members.
- Regularly inspect hotel facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards are upheld.

6. Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans for hotel growth and improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Participate in community outreach and networking events to enhance the hotel’s presence in the local market.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of managing hotel operations to achieve high levels of guest satisfaction and financial performance.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
