Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent with a focus on the Information Technology sector to join our team in Ajman. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of real estate principles, coupled with a keen interest in technology and its implications for the real estate market. This role requires a proactive approach to client management, market analysis, and property transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop relationships with potential clients in the IT sector, including tech startups, established companies, and investors.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape within the real estate and technology sectors.
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties, with a particular focus on commercial real estate suitable for technology companies.
- Provide expert advice on property values, market conditions, and investment opportunities tailored to the needs of technology firms.
- Prepare and present property listings, including detailed information on the benefits of the location and property features relevant to tech businesses.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions that align with their business objectives.
- Manage property showings, open houses, and client meetings, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other real estate professionals, including appraisers, lenders, and property managers, to facilitate seamless transactions.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in both the real estate and technology sectors, attending relevant workshops, seminars, and networking events.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, client interactions, and market analyses to support business development efforts.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in real estate sales or leasing, preferably in the commercial sector.
- Proven track record of successfully closing deals and achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the technology industry and its specific real estate needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using real estate software and tools, along with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid real estate license in the UAE is required.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
