Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Manager to join our team in Dubai, focusing on the Information Technology sector. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our HR strategies and initiatives, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring that our talent management practices align with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives, focusing on talent acquisition, retention, and employee development.
- Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires to ensure a diverse and talented workforce.
- Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related issues, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a timely manner to maintain a positive work environment.
- Performance Management: Design and implement performance management systems that promote accountability and employee growth, including conducting performance appraisals and facilitating feedback sessions.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and create tailored development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies, ensuring alignment with industry trends and technological advancements.
- Compensation and Benefits: Oversee the compensation structure and benefits administration, ensuring competitive and equitable pay practices that attract and retain top talent.
- HR Policies and Compliance: Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and regulations, while fostering a culture of ethical behavior and accountability.
- Workforce Planning: Analyze workforce trends and metrics to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement, and implement strategies to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives, promoting a workplace culture that values diversity and fosters an inclusive environment for all employees.
- HR Analytics: Utilize HR analytics and metrics to provide insights and recommendations to leadership on workforce trends, employee engagement, and retention strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably within the Information Technology sector.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing effective HR strategies and programs.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
