We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Process Improvement Manager to join our Information Technology team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process improvement within the IT industry and a proven track record of successfully implementing process enhancements to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee process improvement initiatives within the IT department, identifying opportunities for optimization and implementing solutions to streamline workflows and increase productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze current processes, and develop strategies for improvement.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures, process maps, and performance metrics to track progress and measure success.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry best practices and standards.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on new processes and procedures, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic plans for process improvement that align with organizational goals and objectives.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- [X] years of experience in process improvement, project management, or a related role within the IT industry.
- Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies, such as Six Sigma, Lean, or Agile.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and driving process improvement initiatives from conception to implementation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes of inefficiencies and develop effective solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
