Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Program Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Al Ain, specializing in the Financial Services sector. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the planning, implementation, and management of various financial programs and initiatives, ensuring they align with organizational goals and deliver exceptional value to our stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Management: Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of financial programs. Develop detailed project plans, define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies. Act as the primary point of contact for program-related inquiries and updates.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses of financial data and program performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and inform strategic decision-making. Prepare and present reports to senior management.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that all programs adhere to relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to safeguard program integrity.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior program coordinators and support staff. Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages professional development and continuous improvement.
- Budget Management: Assist in the development and management of program budgets. Monitor expenses and ensure financial accountability throughout the program lifecycle.
- Training and Development: Organize and deliver training sessions for staff and stakeholders on program policies, procedures, and best practices in financial services.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in financial services and program management. Propose and implement innovative solutions to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in program coordination or management within the financial services sector.
- Proven track record of managing complex programs and working with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and develop actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in project management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
- A strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in the financial services industry.
