Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Quality Specialist to join our dynamic team in the telecommunications sector in Dubai. This role is critical in ensuring the highest standards of quality in our products and services, contributing to the overall success of the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of quality assurance processes, industry standards, and best practices in telecommunications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of processes, products, and services to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and customer service, to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives, including root cause analysis and corrective action plans, to address non-conformities and improve overall product reliability.
- Prepare and present detailed quality reports and metrics to management, highlighting trends, issues, and recommendations for improvement.
- Provide training and support to team members on quality assurance methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes that impact quality management in telecommunications.
- Act as a liaison between the organization and external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and customers, to ensure quality standards are met and maintained.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Quality Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance within the telecommunications industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS), ISO standards, and telecommunications regulations.
- Proven experience in conducting audits, risk assessments, and implementing quality improvement initiatives.
- Proficient in quality tools and methodologies, including Six Sigma, Lean, and root cause analysis techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
