Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Regulatory Analyst to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory frameworks in the Aerospace and Defense sectors. The Senior Regulatory Analyst will work closely with various departments to provide regulatory guidance, analyze regulatory changes, and develop strategies to mitigate risks associated with compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all company operations comply with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as international standards pertinent to Aerospace and Defense. Monitor and interpret changes in regulations and assess their impact on the organization.
- Policy Development: Develop, implement, and maintain regulatory policies and procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create standard operating procedures that align with regulatory requirements.
- Risk Assessment: Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues. Develop strategies to address these risks and ensure mitigation strategies are in place.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare detailed reports and documentation for regulatory submissions, audits, and inspections. Ensure that all records are complete, accurate, and maintained in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on regulatory requirements and compliance best practices. Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on regulatory matters within the organization.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with regulatory agencies, industry groups, and other stakeholders to represent the organization’s interests. Participate in industry forums and stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in regulatory compliance.
- Auditing and Monitoring: Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Work with relevant teams to address any non-compliance issues that arise.
- Analysis and Reporting: Analyze regulatory changes and their implications for the organization. Provide recommendations to senior management on compliance strategies and initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager) is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in regulatory analysis, compliance, or a related role within the Aerospace and Defense industry.
- Strong understanding of regulations and standards relevant to the Aerospace and Defense sectors, including but not limited to ITAR, EAR, and other applicable local and international regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in regulatory compliance software and tools is an advantage.
