#### Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Service Delivery Manager to oversee and enhance our service delivery processes within the Information Technology sector. #### Key Responsibilities:
- Service Delivery Management: Oversee the end-to-end service delivery process, ensuring that IT services are delivered effectively and efficiently to meet client expectations and SLA commitments.
- Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as the primary point of contact for any service-related issues. Ensure client satisfaction and proactively address any concerns.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of service delivery professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance management to ensure high levels of team engagement and productivity.
- Process Improvement: Continuously assess service delivery processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
- Service Level Agreements (SLAs): Monitor, measure, and report on service performance against established SLAs. Ensure compliance and take corrective actions when necessary.
- Budget Management: Manage service delivery budgets, ensuring cost-effective service provision while maintaining quality standards.
- Incident and Problem Management: Oversee incident and problem management processes to ensure timely resolution and minimal disruption to service delivery.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT Operations, Development, and Sales, to ensure alignment and effective communication across the organization.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present regular service delivery reports to senior management, highlighting performance metrics, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to communicate service delivery updates and gather feedback for continuous enhancement.
#### Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. A relevant master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP) is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT service delivery management, with a proven track record in leading teams and managing client relationships in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of IT service management frameworks, methodologies, and tools. Familiarity with cloud technologies, IT infrastructure, and application management is preferred.
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on developing talent and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing solutions.
