We are seeking a talented Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to join our dynamic team in Ras Al Khaimah. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment efforts for our Information Technology division. You will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company's staffing needs and strategic goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for various IT positions
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of each position
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to identify and engage with potential candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and guide them through the selection process
- Negotiate salary and benefits packages with selected candidates and extend job offers
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent acquisition partners
- Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and make recommendations for continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring IT professionals in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws in the UAE
