Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Dubai, specializing in the construction sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technical recruitment, with a focus on sourcing and attracting top talent in various construction disciplines. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining a skilled workforce that meets the demands of our ongoing and upcoming projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for technical positions in the construction industry, including engineers, project managers, estimators, and site supervisors.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and industry-specific platforms to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Screening and Interviewing: Conduct thorough assessments of candidates through phone interviews, technical assessments, and in-person interviews to evaluate their skills and fit for the organization.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance on market trends, salary benchmarks, and candidate profiles.
- Employer Branding: Promote the company’s brand and culture to attract top talent within the construction industry, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions, interview feedback, and recruitment metrics using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, and labor market conditions in the construction sector to provide insights and recommendations to management.
- Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably within the construction industry.
- Proven track record of successfully filling technical roles in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of construction-related technical roles and the skills required for success in these positions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and industry professionals.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
