### Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Service Assistant to join our dynamic team in the telecommunications sector. This role is essential for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our products and services. ### Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information regarding products, services, and billing inquiries.
- Technical Assistance: Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to telecommunications services, including internet, mobile, and landline services.
- Service Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to address customer concerns, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up on outstanding issues.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team by providing information on promotions, products, and services, and helping customers with the purchase process.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and insights to contribute to service improvement initiatives and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Training and Development: Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new technologies, products, and industry trends.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to foster a collaborative environment and share knowledge that enhances team performance.
### Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years and maximum of 7 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
- Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Familiarity with telecommunications products and services is preferred.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
