Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Manager to join our dynamic team in the education sector. The ideal candidate will have a passion for enhancing the educational experience through exceptional service delivery. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the education landscape in Dubai, and a commitment to fostering a culture of excellence in service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Management:
- Lead and manage the service team, ensuring high levels of performance and productivity.
- Develop, implement, and monitor service standards and protocols that align with the organization’s objectives in education.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, provide updates, and foster a collaborative environment.
- Service Delivery:
- Oversee the delivery of educational services, ensuring they meet the needs and expectations of students, parents, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with academic staff to ensure that service processes are integrated with educational programs and initiatives.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer service experience within the educational framework.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, faculty, and external partners to foster a supportive educational community.
- Act as the primary point of contact for service-related inquiries and issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Participate in community outreach programs to promote educational services and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Quality Assurance:
- Monitor and evaluate service delivery, implementing changes as necessary to improve quality and effectiveness.
- Collect and analyze feedback from stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and initiate corrective actions.
- Prepare and present regular reports on service performance metrics to senior management.
- Training & Development:
- Identify training needs for team members and coordinate professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the service team.
- Mentor and support staff in achieving their professional goals and enhancing their contributions to the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in service management or a related role within the education sector.
- Proven track record of successfully leading teams and managing service delivery in an educational environment.
- Strong understanding of the educational landscape in Dubai and familiarity with local regulations and standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
