Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Manager to join our dynamic team in the energy sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in service management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the service delivery operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Service Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the service department, ensuring that all service requests are handled efficiently and effectively. Monitor service performance metrics and implement improvements as necessary.

- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of service technicians and support staff. Provide training, coaching, and performance evaluations to ensure high levels of employee engagement and productivity.

- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly. Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and escalations.

- Quality Assurance: Develop and implement service quality standards and procedures. Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.

- Budget Management: Manage the service department budget and resources effectively. Analyze financial reports and service performance data to drive cost efficiencies and profitability.

- Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in energy technologies. Provide technical support and guidance to team members and customers as needed.

- Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure that all service operations comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Promote a culture of safety within the team.

- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present regular reports on service performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency to senior management. Maintain accurate records of service activities and customer interactions.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in service management within the energy sector or a similar industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficient in using service management software and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations relevant to the energy sector.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working in a multicultural environment, particularly in the Middle East.
- Familiarity with renewable energy technologies and trends.
