Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Social Media Operations Program Manager to join our team in the real estate sector based in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media strategies, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This role will focus on enhancing our online presence, engaging with our target audience, and driving brand awareness through innovative social media campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning and Implementation:
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with business goals and promote our real estate offerings.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that can inform social media campaigns.
2. Content Creation and Management:
- Oversee the creation of engaging and relevant content (text, images, videos) for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging and tone across all platforms.
3. Community Engagement:
- Actively manage and engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Foster relationships with influencers, real estate professionals, and potential clients to enhance brand visibility.
4. Performance Analysis:
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Utilize analytics tools to track engagement, reach, and conversion metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.
5. Project Management:
- Coordinate social media campaigns and initiatives from conception to execution, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects efficiently and effectively.
6. Training and Development:
- Train and mentor junior team members on best practices in social media management and content creation.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and technologies in social media and real estate.
7. Crisis Management:
- Develop and implement crisis communication plans to address any negative feedback or issues arising on social media.
- Monitor online reputation and work proactively to enhance brand perception.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing, preferably within the real estate sector.
- Proven track record of developing successful social media campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
