Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Staffing Specialist to join our dynamic team in the real estate sector in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a passion for talent acquisition and a strong understanding of the real estate market, with experience in recruiting professionals across various functions. The Staffing Specialist will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent to support our growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with department heads to develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to meet the specific needs of the real estate sector.
- Stay updated on industry trends and labor market conditions to implement proactive recruitment measures.

2. Talent Acquisition:
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various positions within the organization, including but not limited to sales, property management, and administration roles.
- Utilize various channels for talent acquisition, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.

3. Candidate Engagement:
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with the company’s values and goals.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.

4. Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the responsibilities and qualifications required for each role.
- Provide insights and recommendations on candidate selection and offer negotiations.

5. Onboarding and Integration:
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they receive the necessary training and resources to succeed in their roles.
- Coordinate orientation sessions and follow-up meetings to support new employees' integration into the company culture.

6. Database Management:
- Maintain an organized database of candidates, including resumes and interview notes, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Generate reports on recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement.

7. Employer Branding:
- Contribute to enhancing the company’s employer brand in the real estate market through various channels, including social media, career fairs, and industry events.
- Promote a positive image of the organization as an employer of choice in the real estate sector.

8. Continuous Improvement:
- Stay abreast of best practices in recruitment and talent management, participating in professional development opportunities as needed.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements in the recruitment and onboarding processes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in staffing and recruitment, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
