We’re partnering with a high-growth, private equity-backed financial services group entering its next phase of scale.
This is not a “steady‑state” HR role. It’s a hands‑on, high‑impact HR Manager position designed to work closely with — and share responsibility alongside — the CPO.
You can be based anywhere in the UK, but you’ll need to travel regularly to Carlisle to stay close to the business and leadership team.
The Opportunity The group has grown quickly. Now it needs stronger infrastructure, sharper processes, and a confident HR operator who enjoys the detail as much as the strategy.
You’ll operate as a true generalist — spanning operational HR, employment law, talent acquisition, and process improvement — while helping professionalise the people function in a PE environment.
This is ideal for someone who wants breadth, ownership, and visibility in a scaling platform.
