We're looking for a highly organised, proactive Executive Assistant & Workplace Manager to join a growing organisation, which is backed by the UK Government at an exciting stage of development.
Supporting the Chief Operating Officer and wider leadership team, you'll play a central role in keeping the organisation running smoothly while it continues its ambitious growth journey.

We're looking for an individual who can think on their feet, take ownership, anticipate challenges, and contribute wherever needed. As the organisation continues to grow, you'll help build and improve ways of working, bringing structure, energy, and practical solutions to new challenges.
Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive executive support, including diary management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and preparation of reports, presentations, and briefing materials.
Support business operations, onboarding activities, employee engagement initiatives, and wider organisational projects.
Oversee office and workplace operations, acting as a key point of contact for facilities, suppliers, and workplace services, while ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.

About You
You'll have previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, Workplace Manager, or in a similar role supporting senior leaders within a dynamic organisation.

You'll be:

Highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable managing competing priorities.
Proactive, resourceful, and able to work effectively with a high degree of autonomy.
A strong communicator who builds positive relationships at all levels.
Naturally solutions-focused, with a willingness to get involved beyond your core responsibilities when required.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools.

Experience within a Health Tech, life sciences, healthcare, research, or similarly regulated environment would be advantageous, although not essential.
