Responsibilities
Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in proceduresRecord patient information accuratelyPrepare examination rooms and ensure cleanliness and readiness for consultationsAssist doctors providers during examinations and proceduresManage patient records using IT systems with attention to confidentiality and accuracyProvide clear communication to patients regarding treatments, instructions, and follow-up careSupport administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing correspondenceRequirements
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbalPrior experience or training in IT systems relevant to healthcare settings is preferredStrong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectivelyCompassionate approach with a focus on patient-centred careAbility to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary teamPrevious experience in teaching or instructing patients on health-related matters is advantageousA recognised qualification as a Medical Assistant or equivalent is desirable but not essentialThis role provides valuable experience in a dynamic healthcare environment, offering opportunities for professional growth whilst contributing positively to patient outcomes.

Pay: £15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
