TIV Logistics is a fast‑growing, service‑led logistics provider specialising in warehousing, transport and end‑to‑end supply chain solutions. As our business continues to expand, we are seeking a detail‑driven and proactive Bookkeeper to support our finance operations and ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.
The Role
You will play a central role in maintaining our financial processes, supporting day‑to‑day bookkeeping, and ensuring timely and accurate reporting. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working closely with operational teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily bookkeeping tasks including purchase invoices, sales invoices and bank reconciliationsMaintain accurate financial records within XeroProcess supplier payments and monitor aged creditorsSupport credit control and customer account managementPrepare weekly and monthly financial reportsAssist with payroll preparation and expense managementWork closely with the Operations Director to ensure financial accuracy across transport and warehouse activitiesSupport year‑end processes and liaise with external accountants when requiredRequirements
Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or Finance AdministratorStrong working knowledge of Xero (essential)Excellent attention to detail and accuracyStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesConfident communicator with a professional approachProficient in Microsoft Excel and general IT systemsExperience within logistics, transport or warehousing (advantageous but not essential)What We Offer
