Duties
Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and organization across all administrative functionsManage team members, providing supervision, guidance, and support to foster a collaborative work environmentHandle human resources responsibilities including onboarding new staff, maintaining personnel records, and supporting employee relationsMaintain accurate financial records using accounting software, including invoicing, expense tracking, and budget managementSupervise clerical tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining filing systemsCoordinate office supplies procurement and inventory management to ensure all departments are well-equippedDemonstrate excellent phone etiquette by answering inquiries professionally and directing calls appropriatelyDevelop and implement office policies to improve workflow and communication efficiencySupport special projects and events as needed to enhance office culture and productivityExperience
Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with demonstrated supervisory responsibilitiesStrong proficiency in accounting software for financial record-keepingExtensive office experience with familiarity in clerical tasks, organizational procedures, and administrative supportPrior experience managing teams effectively and supervising staff members in a professional settingExcellent communication skills both verbal and written to interact confidently with staff, clients, and vendorsExceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of human resources practices including onboarding, employee relations, and HR compliance is highly desirableJoin us to lead an energetic team dedicated to operational excellence!
