💷 £29,000 – £31,500

⏰ Full-time | 40 hours per week

The Ann Savva Group is looking for an Account Manager to join our growing staffing team in London.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role managing client accounts and delivering staffing solutions across live events, brand activations and experiential campaigns.

You’ll be responsible for managing your own client accounts, recruiting and booking event staff, ensuring shifts are fully covered and building strong relationships with both clients and our staffing pool.

What you’ll be doing
Managing client accounts and acting as their main point of contactBuilding strong client relationships and supporting repeat businessRecruiting, sourcing and managing Brand Ambassadors and event staffBooking and allocating staff across multiple events and campaignsEnsuring every shift is filled with the right peopleManaging our staffing database, availability and scheduling systemsBriefing teams and ensuring staff are fully prepared for each bookingMonitoring live bookings and resolving last-minute staffing issuesSupporting urgent staffing requirements outside normal working hours when requiredMaintaining high standards across staff presentation, professionalism and performanceIdentifying opportunities to grow existing accounts and increase revenueWorking closely with the wider ASG team to support new and existing clients

Who we’re looking forIdeally, you’ll have experience within account management, recruitment, event staffing or a similar fast-paced environment.

You’ll need to be highly organised, confident communicating with clients and comfortable managing multiple bookings and priorities at once.

The roleSalary: £29,000 – £32,500

Location: London, North Greenwich

Hybrid working: 3 days in the office / 2 days remote

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Reporting to: Head of Staffing

Due to the nature of the events industry, there will also be an on-call weekend requirement on a rota/as-needed basis to deal with urgent staffing issues.
