Role Overview:This role is ideal for graduates or junior professionals looking to gain real-world exposure in financial analytics. You will work alongside experienced analysts and finance professionals to deliver insights that influence critical business outcomes.

Responsibilities:Collect and validate financial data from internal systems and external datasets.Conduct exploratory data analysis to spot patterns, trends, and anomalies.Develop and update dashboards and reporting tools to support finance teams.Translate raw data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.Support ongoing projects around forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning.Continually improve your technical and financial knowledge with support from senior staff.Qualifications:Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a closely related field.Strong interest in data and financial analysis.Confidence working with Excel; familiarity with SQL, Python, or Power BI is a plus.Basic understanding of financial reporting and performance metrics.Analytical mindset with high attention to detail.Strong verbal and written communication skills.What’s on Offer:£25,000 – £30,000 per annum, based on experience and skill level.Hybrid working model with a centrally located office in Glasgow (G1 3SL).Access to structured training and development pathways to build your career in finance and data.Benefits package including paid holidays, pension support, and healthcare options.A collaborative, modern working environment with mentorship and progression opportunities.
