Job description

We are looking to fill a Staff Accountant position with a well-known company in Southlake. This company offers a great work-life balance and has a very upbeat culture. This role will be responsible for reviewing the general ledger, performing journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals and adjusting journal entry reclasses.

 

This position is a hybrid and will work in office 3 days a week only. This opportunity pays 75K-85K+Bonus.

 

Responsibilities:

·         Record and review activity in the general ledger, including accruals, G&A expenses, and sales deductions.

·         Develop and maintain financial reports for use by internal and external stakeholders.

·         Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations on a monthly basis.

·         Provide support for external customers for planning and budgeting processes.

·         Provide support for year-end and interim external audits.

·         Perform other analytical duties as required.

 

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

·         1-3 years accounting experience in general accounting, financial reporting, or public accounting.

·         Intermediate skills in Excel. Strong verbal/written communications skills and organizational skills.
