Teleperformance is hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join the International Customer Support Process for a leading electronic brand.
💼 Key Responsibilities
Provide technical and customer support through voice calls and/or digital chat.
Assist customers with queries and issues related to electronic appliances, laptops, smartphones, and other electronic products.
Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate troubleshooting and resolutions.
Maintain professional communication while handling customer interactions.
Ensure a positive customer experience by providing accurate and timely support.
Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and customer service protocols.

Graduate / Undergrad may apply
✅ Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
🗣️ Communication Requirement
Good English communication skills are mandatory.
Minimum Communication Level: B2 & Above
💰 Salary & Benefits
CTC: Up to ₹32,000 per month
PLI / Incentives: No PLI / No Incentive
🕐 Job & Shift Details
Job Type: Full-Time
Working Days: 5 days a week
Working Hours: 10 hours
Shift: Rotational
Weekly Off: 2 rotational off
Work Mode: Work From Office (On-Site)
