You’ll be hands-on from day one, supporting client accounts, strengthening relationships, and learning how brands retain and grow their customer base. No experience needed; just a strong work ethic and a people-first mindset.
Key responsibilities
Support account managers with client communication and reporting
Build and maintain positive client and customer relationships
Represent client brands professionally and clearly
Assist with account organisation and service standards
Learn and support live client cycles, retention, and growth strategies
