Minimum of an Associate's degree in Business Administration or a related field, providing foundational knowledge for administrative tasks.2+ years of experience in an administrative support role, showcasing familiarity with office protocols and procedures.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint, enabling efficient data management and presentation creation.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
