Job Description:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual to handle a hybrid role combining administrative and project coordination duties.

Administrative Duties:

Office management, documentation, and scheduling

Client communication and management (must be confident in calling clients)

Handling quotations, invoices, SOA preparation, and general office correspondence

Coordination with internal staff and logistics teams

Project Coordination Tasks:

Tracking project progress and deadlines

Coordinating team efforts and resources

Preparing project status reports

Payment follow-ups and collections

Accounting knowledge is a plus

Requirements:

Female candidate on Spouse Visa only

Minimum 1 year of relevant UAE experience

Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word

Strong communication and coordination skills

Able to work from home or office as needed

Knowledge of basic accounting is an advantage
