We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Secretary with 2 to 3 years of experience in administrative support and sales coordination.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily office operations, assisting the Manager with meetings and correspondence, and supporting sales-related activities such as preparing quotations, handling product inquiries, and tracking shipments. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and reliability in completing tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide full secretarial and administrative support to the Manager.
• Organize and maintain the Manager’s schedule, meetings, and appointments.
• Prepare and manage professional correspondence, reports, and documentation.
• Handle product inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up with clients.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners regarding shipments and delivery updates.
• Maintain accurate and organized filing systems for administrative and sales records.
• Ensure a tidy, professional, and well-managed office environment.
• Perform additional clerical and support tasks as assigned by the Manager.
Requirements
• 2–3 years of experience in a secretarial or administrative role, preferably with exposure to sales coordination and logistics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and basic Photoshop.
• Experience handling quotations, shipment coordination, and client communication.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.
