Description

To provide direct administrative and operational support to the Administration Manager and management team, ensuring smooth coordination between departments, efficient documentation handling, and organized internal communication across the factory.Key Responsibilities:Support the Administration Manager in day-to-day operations, correspondence, and coordination tasks.Prepare, organize, and maintain company documents, letters, memos, and reports.Follow up with different departments (HR, Finance, Sales, Production, etc.) to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.Assist in managing internal communications, meeting schedules, and follow-up notes.Handle administrative requests such as LPOs, attendance reports, petty cash, and filing.Support recruitment and onboarding processes when required.Maintain records of supplier and client communication and ensure documentation accuracy.Coordinate with external parties (suppliers, government offices, service providers, etc.) when required by management.Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all tasks and communications. Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in administration or office coordination (preferably in an industrial or manufacturing company).Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.Excellent command of English (Arabic is a plus).Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).Ability to work independently and under pressure with attention to detail.Positive attitude, high integrity, and teamwork mindset.Preferred nationality: Filipino.Priority will be given to candidates available for immediate joining.Experience in steel manufacturing or purchasing is considered an advantage.Work Conditions:Full-time position based at Bel Remaitha Steel Factory – AjmanReporting directly to the Administration Manager.
