Wise May are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join a busy financial business based in The City.
The role requires you to be proactive, work well under pressure and be a team player.
Administrator Assistant duties and responsibilities:
• To assist and support the team by providing administrative support.
• To ensure all work undertaken is produced within agreed timescales.
• Manage meeting arrangements by sending and updating calendar invites, and booking meeting rooms as required.
• To process and scan team documents as required, in line with company procedures.
• Process documents in accordance with procedures whilst ensuring that any regulations concerning security or confidentiality are complied with.
• Draft/amend/finalise letters and accounts.
Administrator Assistant key skills and experience required:
• 5 GCSE’s grade A-C including English and Maths, or equivalent
• Excellent attention to detail
• Able to work to deadlines and under pressure
• Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal communication skills
• Experience of working in an office
• Basic Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
