• Review and approve applicant documentation to ensure compliance with academic criteria, English language standards, and visa eligibility.
• Ensure admissions compliance with UK legislation, including Home Office immigration rules and Office for Students (OfS) registration conditions.
• Maintain and manage the UCAS portal, ensuring data accuracy, timely decisions, and effective applicant communication.
• Develop and update admissions and compliance policies, ensuring procedures reflect current regulations and institutional standards.
• Act as the primary contact for partner universities on admissions and compliance matters, fostering smooth collaboration and information exchange.
• Produce and present reports on admissions trends, compliance metrics, and visa refusal rates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor and escalate compliance risks, maintaining accurate and auditable records in line with data protection and audit standards.

• Ideally 2+ years UK admissions management experience
• Ideally 2+ years experience with UK Higher Education Admissions Processes

• Experience dealing with internal and agent recruitment teams
• Extensive experience in higher education admissions or compliance, with direct responsibility for managing UCAS applications and using the UCAS Admissions portal.

Desirable :
• Additional qualifications or training in compliance, immigration, or higher education administration
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in processing applicant data and documentation.
