Love working with school-age kids and looking for a fun, supportive place to grow? White River Children’s Academy is hiring an After School Assistant Teacher to join our elementary-age program. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, helping with homework, and creating a positive after-school environment.

What You’ll Do
• Supervise and engage children ages 5–12 in fun, safe, after-school activities
• Possibly help with homework, simple projects, and enrichment activities
• Support smooth transitions, positive behavior, and a welcoming environment
• Plan or assist with games, crafts, outdoor play, and group activities
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance with licensing standards
What We’re Looking For
• Positive, reliable, and energetic
• Enjoys working with elementary-aged children
• Able to maintain safety while encouraging independence
• Willing to complete a background check and state-required training
• Experience with kids is a plus, but not required
