**Job Title: Arabic Call Center and Receptionist Representative (Healthcare Sector) Female Only**
• *Location**: Sharjah - United Arab Emirates
• *Type of Employment**: Full-Time
• *Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls, providing timely and accurate assistance to patients and healthcare professionals.
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients visiting the facility, offering guidance and support.
- Manage appointment scheduling, patient registration, and processing of healthcare information.
- Address and resolve patient inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all healthcare compliance and regulatory standards in the UAE.
- Collaborate effectively with medical staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Perform administrative duties, including maintaining records and handling paperwork.
• *Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center and/or as a receptionist, preferably in the healthcare sector in the UAE.
- Fluency in Arabic and proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and an understanding of UAE healthcare systems.
- Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
- High school diploma; a degree in a relevant field is advantageous.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations calmly.
- Proficient in MS Office and healthcare management software.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
