Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, matcha, iced coffee, and iced tea.
• Operate coffee machines and follow standard recipes to maintain consistency.
• Handle customer orders efficiently with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Manage cashier duties, including POS operations, cash handling, and order accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station and café area.
• Work effectively during busy periods and ensure smooth service.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
• Collaborate with team members and support daily operations.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of barista experience.
• Strong knowledge of coffee and matcha preparation.
• Proven experience in order taking and cashier operations.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle different customer situations.
• Ability to work different shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Skilled in preparing iced coffee and iced tea to a high standard.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and good communication skills.
