Barista Required to Join Immediately

Ontime Healthcare is actively seeking a talented Barista who can join our team immediately.
This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about coffee and providing excellent customer service in a dynamic and friendly environment.
Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks with skill and precision Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all clients and staff Maintain cleanliness and organization at the coffee station and dining area Manage inventory of coffee products and supplies, placing orders as needed Keep abreast of coffee trends and techniques to enhance beverage quality Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols to ensure product quality Assist with food preparation and service when necessary Salary + Benefits Previous experience as a Barista or in a related customer service role is preferred Strong knowledge of coffee drinks and preparation techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Customer service-oriented with a friendly and approachable personality Time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks Attention to detail and a strong commitment to cleanliness and hygiene Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
